Undergraduate business students investigated an environmental ethical issue related to a multinational or industrial organization worldwide in groups as part of their final project for the business ethics course. Each team created and presented an interesting awareness campaign as part of Earth Day celebrations based on their findings.
Learning Outcomes:
Identify and analyze a real-world environmental ethical dilemma that involves an industrial or multinational corporation.
To evaluate the ethical ramifications of the problem and the organization's response.
Design and implement an innovative awareness campaign that explains the issue to a broad audience in an understandable and efficient manner.
Learn to suggest workable solutions to the issues, at individual, organizational/community, and societal/policy level.
Deliver the campaign to a sizable crowd as part of Earth Day events to show off strong presentation and teamwork abilities.
